Cannatrek is a market leader in Australia's medicinal cannabis industry, cultivating, manufacturing, and distributing high-quality therapeutic products. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep knowledge of agile methodologies, expertise in data migration, strong understanding of scrum methodology and quality assurance and compliance.

About the Role

  • You will lead business process mapping, documentation, and quality assurance, while delivering two major initiatives:
  • Omnichannel eCommerce solution – addressing compliance, security, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Unified CRM platform – improving engagement, streamlining sales, enhancing compliance, and boosting reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, document, and optimise business processes in line with TGA regulations.
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation of eCommerce and CRM platforms.
  • Integrate data assets and design "to-be" data models.
  • Create user/customer journey maps and structured process documentation.
  • Support ISO certification readiness.

Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

  • Expertise in eCommerce and CRM implementation in healthcare/pharma.
  • Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), CRM (SugarCRM, SharpSpring), Jira, Confluence, Aha, TFS, Visio.
  • Databricks Certified: Lakehouse Fundamentals; Microsoft Azure; Salesforce.
  • Desirable: Agile/Scrum, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Databricks/Snowflake certifications, API (REST/JSON) knowledge.
