Senior M365 Developer

  • $130,000 - $147,100

This role gives the successful applicant the opportunity and responsibility to oversee the design, development and implementation of system solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Significant experience in a similar role in a project or delivery team environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
  • Demonstrable team leadership and influencing skills, including managing and developing team members within an environment of ongoing technological changes and progress.
  • Technical expertise in the administration, management and use of business systems, including Microsoft SQL Server administration to support data merges, data structuring and data migrations.
  • Experience in supporting Business Intelligence (Tableau or Power BI), Geospatial systems, Business Process Management (Pega preferred) and CRMS (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Programming skills in Pega, Java, J2EE (e.g. JBoss), JavaScript and database integration.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain digital platforms, delivery methodology and standards aligned with digital delivery best practice.
  • Provide technology and platform product leadership in areas of technical feasibility, product best use, system interfaces and other relevant considerations.
  • Manage upgrades, administration, and configuration of digital platforms for production, test and development environments.
  • Contribute to digital platform support frameworks, methodologies, and procedures.
