The roles
Executive Intelligence Group is recruiting and we have two roles to fill, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer, Executive Recruitment and an Office Administrator. Given the agile nature of our business, there is some flexibility in the roles to be filled for the right candidates.
As Project Support Officer, Executive Recruitment, you'll work across the full spectrum of a recruitment campaign (end-to-end recruitment), partnering with clients across government, private and not-for-profit sectors. This will include managing relationships with key stakeholders, clients and candidates, project managing recruitment campaigns, liaising and engaging directly with senior selection committee members; their office support teams and HR areas.
In this role you will (among other things):
- Employ project management skills to support lead consultants in the delivering of recruitment assignments;
- Play a crucial role in candidate care;
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate candidate records and internal databases; and
- Assist in the preparation of business development materials.
As Office Administrator you will provide essential project support on various aspects of a recruitment campaign as well manage the office on a day-to-day basis. This will include important client and candidate management, coordinating social events and other office requirements, providing basic IT troubleshooting and being the first point of contact for the business.
In this role you will (among other things):
- Act as the primary, initial contact and respond to general enquiries;
- Greet clients and visitors (this can include catering support);
- Provide general project and administrative support, including maintaining internal systems; and
- Be the lead on effective office management to support a well-run, well-equipped and well-informed office.

In addition, we are currently implementing new systems and processes which is an excellent opportunity for someone to further – or gain – skills in migrating systems and contributing to the successful delivery of large, internal projects.
