  • A hybrid working arrangement allowing some work from home options will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Project
The 'Program Support Officer' will work within the Australian Passport Office to assist in the delivery of the Tuvalu Passport Uplift program. The program will deliver on a critical Commonwealth Government commitment to assist the Tuvalu government in improving passport security, integrity and meeting international passport standards. The program will help protect Australia's long-term national security interests and meet the International Civil Aviation Organisation specifications for passports.

Key Tasks
Supporting program team by providing a range of administration and project support skills which may include:
  • email inbox management
  • supporting and implementing project activities
  • assisting with project reporting (preparing reports and presentations)
  • providing secretariat activities (minute taking, arranging meetings and travel)
  • providing research and data analysis
  • supporting procurement, recruitment and contract management activities
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
About You
To be considered you MUST be an AU Citizen and will also have:
  • experience providing similar administrative tasks (to those listed above)
  • the ability to work independently and manage multiple work priorities within set timeframes
  • demonstrated success in building relationships with stakeholders
  • demonstrated high-quality written communication experience and strong attention to detail
  • exposure to managing information/document management systems such as Content Manager / TRIM
  • upholds high standards of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
