We are seeking a proactive and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Beresfield

As the face of our department, you will be a trusted partner to a variety of customers within the Transport industry. Your day will involve responding to customer queries over the phone and face-to-face, scheduling bookings, processing payments, handling general administration tasks, and working closely with the wider operational team to ensure our customers receive a best-in-class service and positive experience from our branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and efficient individual with a passion for customer service. We are offering full training and support along with an attractive hourly rate + bonus. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent, full-time role and will be required to work on a rotating roster. Hours will be within 6.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and in person
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service expectations are met
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of work and provide updates to customers
  • Receive full training and support from industry experts
  • Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour + super + bonus (rate depends on experience)
