Senior or Principal Consultant - Corporate Support

Join a high-performing team driving Corporate Support recruitment across Perth.

We're looking for a motivated recruiter to grow and manage our Corporate Support desk, working across both contract and permanent roles. You'll be recruiting administration support positions, leveraging our strong reputation in the mining and resources sector while also expanding into new industries.

This desk offers the chance to pick up administration offshoot roles flowing in from existing clients across the wider business. You'll also have the opportunity to partner with colleagues across divisions to increase wallet share and further penetrate our client base, while bringing in new business to develop the desk and brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Recruiting admin support roles across mining and beyond
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (contract + perm)
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Expanding into new industries while leveraging existing accounts
  • Delivering fast, reliable recruitment with a people-first approach

What we're looking for:

  • Recruitment experience (agency) or strong sales background
  • Confidence in managing multiple roles across contract and perm
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A people-first mindset – you're great with clients and candidates alike
  • Bonus points for experience in corporate support or resources
