Real Therapy Solutions is a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners, providing holistic therapy from multidisciplinary clinics across Sydney and the Illawarra. Job Description
You will be further developing your knowledge and skills as a Speech Pathologist to support children with a variety of presentations. As a NDIS registered provider, we support clients with literacy, speech and language disorders, social skills, mealtime management, and AAC assessment and prescriptions. Your caseload is varied, and the support is thorough.
- Be supported by your Clinical Supervisor who will provide monthly supervision to assist you in developing your skills.

Qualifications
We are genuinely looking for people who want to learn and grow their skills and who are committed to positive client outcomes and improving the lives of our clients and their families. Someone who likes to have fun and is a supportive team player. You must be focused on person-centred, ethical interventions.
We require you to have:
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current driver's licence and vehicle
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
