Job Title: Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to inbound customer inquiries, sales, and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer service and sales queries via telephone, email, and online chat function.
  • Sell to customers, engage in discovery activities, and gather relevant customer information to determine their needs.
  • Encourage and enable customers to self-serve by providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Process, track, code, and manage invoices and internal reports through various computer systems.
  • Assist the sales team with paperwork and administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional language skills (APAC languages preferred) are a plus.
  • Availability to work from 7am to 3.30pm Mon-Fri, with hybrid work-from-home arrangement after passing probation.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid role that requires working from our office in North Sydney two days a week. You will also work from home three days a week, after completing a six-month probation period.

Requirements:
  • Based in Sydney with a valid work visa.
  • Minimum home internet speed bandwidth of at least 10Mbps for comfortable work-from-home setup.
