  • Our current ASM is off chasing sunsets and passport stamps, so we need you to step in and keep the store kicking goals You'll work alongside a supportive Store Manager to lead a large, high-performing team of over 60+, driving strong KPIs and ensuring smooth operations across retail and online fulfilment.
  • This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with solid retail leadership experience and a passion for motivating and mentoring teams.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager (Customer Service Manager), you will support the Store Manager to maximize sales, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include leading by example, motivating your team, training, visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.

  • Retail management experience
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service
  • Motivational leadership skills
  • Experience in training, sales driving, and results achievement
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, health & safety, and security
