Salary: $70-$75K inc Super plus quarterly bonus structure

About the Role:

This multi-faceted role combines client management with strategic B2B marketing execution across content, events and PR to support profile and pipeline growth for our agency and technology clients. You will act as the primary liaison for key clients and the internal business development team.

Key Responsibilities:Client Account Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for Mills&Co clients.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and the internal team to ensure growth plans are executed across content, events and PR and aligned to the lead generation efforts of the Business Development team.
• Understand client services and deliver strategic recommendations aligned to their growth objectives.
• Work with the Mills&Co founder and Business Development team to manage client onboarding, project deliverables, budgets, and reporting.
• Project manage the integrated approach of client's growth plans.

B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Work with the Mills&co Founder to plan, develop, and execute joined up B2B marketing campaigns (email, content, PR and events).
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing activities with lead generation activity.
• Work with clients to create compelling marketing content including case studies, blog posts, white papers, and presentations.
• Manage and optimize client CRMs and marketing automation tools to support pipeline growth.
• Plan and execute events in various formats and locations aligned to the strategic approach for clients.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics to improve activity effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking ability.
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Proficiency with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and B2B marketing tools (LinkedIn, Cognism, AirCall, Instantly.io, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
