Who You'll Work With

As part of Bain's AI, Insights, and Solutions, you'll join a diverse team of analytic and engineering professionals dedicated to solving complex challenges for our clients. We collaborate with consultants and clients to develop data-driven strategies and innovative solutions in a supportive environment that fosters creativity and continuous learning.

What You'll Do
  • Provide technical leadership for end-to-end solution delivery on client cases, from architecture to development.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand and advise on ML aspects of business problems.
  • Develop statistical/ML models as prototypes or production software.
  • Transform prototypes into scalable, production-grade software.
  • Write, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning code throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, models, and components for ML engineering challenges.
  • Promote best practices in software engineering and share learnings within the team.
About You
  • Strong theoretical background in machine learning with practical deployment experience.
  • Experience across all stages of the ML model lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, adhering to good coding practices and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to build services exposing ML models for application consumption.
  • Curious, eager to explore new tools, and passionate about sharing knowledge.
  • Versatile, willing to learn new skills to deliver value.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience or relevant graduate degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for international projects.
