Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our valued Suppliers and ensure smooth operations across our CAPlink system.

What You'll Be Doing


• Provide ongoing support to Suppliers using the CAPlink system.


• Reconcile accounts for Suppliers not yet on the system with accuracy and attention to detail.


• Assist Suppliers with a variety of queries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.


• Manage a Portfolio of our Preferred suppliers and support them in growing their business with Capricorn members.

What You Bring


• A solid understanding of accounting principles.


• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Your Experience


• At least one year in a customer service role where communication and problem-solving were key.


• Previous experience with account reconciliation in a high-accuracy service environment.

Your Qualifications


• Completion of Year 12 or equivalent is preferred.
