About The Role
Are you a passionate Physiotherapist looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, multidisciplinary team? We provide personalised, community-based care that makes a real difference in people's lives. As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility, function, and independence. You'll be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence and client-focused care. Your clients will come from government-funded programs such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, as well as private referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Support clients with mobility, falls prevention, pain management, equipment needs, and more
- Work flexibly within your scope to meet the needs of both Plena and community-based providers

What You'll Need to Join Us
- A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & National Police Check
- Current driver's license and car
