We're now on the hunt for a Garment Technician to join our close-knit and talented Product Development team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the impeccable quality and fit standards across the Nude Lucy range - ensuring every piece reflects our brand's elevated, effortless aesthetic.
What You'll Do:
- Own the fit process from first proto to final shipment across all apparel categories
- Collaborate with Design and Product teams to ensure creative vision aligns with technical execution
- Attend fit sessions, provide expert input, and manage all related specs and adjustments
- Communicate detailed fit comments to suppliers at every stage - Proto, SMS, and Pre-Production
- Grade garments across size ranges with clear tolerances and quality standards
- Liaise with offshore factories on fit, pattern, and workmanship concerns
- Maintain the critical path to hit development and production timelines
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve garment quality, construction, and fit
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years' experience as a Garment Technician (preferably in fashion/apparel)
- Tertiary qualifications in Design, Pattern Making, and/or Grading
- Advanced knowledge of garment construction, specs, and tech packs
- Strong experience with fabric testing and quality assurance
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Clear, confident communicator with strong supplier management skills
- Pattern making skills and a passion for minimal, modern fashion
