Job Title: Property Lawyer
Are you an accomplished property lawyer with a strong background in transactional and advisory work? Do you have excellent communication and plain-English writing skills, as well as the ability to build and foster relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders?
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Property Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the practical processes relevant to property law transactions and advice, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law.
Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining practically-focused up-to-date content, monitoring legal developments and changes in current practice, and providing support to Relationship Managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3+ years PQE
- Australian qualified lawyer
- Recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role
- A background in transactional and advisory work in property law, with experience in sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law
