We're on the lookout for a Senior Property Manager ready to step into a role that offers true work-life balance — WFH flexibility, a premium portfolio with real support, and no weekend work.

THE ROLE- Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of up to 140-180 properties
- Salary up to $106,400+ Bonuses
- HANDS ON SUPPORT - with Leasing & Administration
- NO WEEKENDS
- WFH FLEXIBILITY
- Modern systems, training and career development opportunities
- Min 2 years experience as a Senior/Property Manager
- Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
- Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
- Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
