The Role
The purpose of this position is to support the delivery of the Community Services Needs Assessment project by data sourcing and analysis focused on specific community service themes. The project assesses whether existing community services meet the needs of Moorabool Shire residents and identifies priority areas and opportunities to guide future strategic action and advocacy.
In addition to supporting the Community Services Needs Assessment project, the role will also contribute to other community and recreation projects as required, providing research, data analysis, and project support to inform planning and decision-making across the organisation.
This is a full time, fixed term role until August 2026.

About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with well-developed administration and time management skills, capable of effectively prioritising tasks even when faced with competing deadlines. Your strong attention to detail ensures accuracy and consistency in data collection, entry, and management, contributing to high-quality and reliable documentation.
Collaborative by nature, you thrive in team environments and consistently deliver dependable support, contributing to the success and positive outcomes of projects you're involved in.
