Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 contractor, supporting their pre-contracts team on a major project worth $1 billion 1 hour north of Brisbane.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with procurement, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement during the early phases of this significant project. You'll be working closely with the estimating, design, and project delivery teams to ensure contracts are commercially sound and compliant.

To be successful you must have the following
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator (pre-contracts experience highly regarded)
  • Major project experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Ideally tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, law, or similar will be highly regarded
