About the Role:

Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make an impact managing medium to enterprise-level SEO clients? At Traffic Radius Pty Ltd, we're looking for an experiencedSenior Digital Account Managerto join our dynamic Melbourne team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead high-performing campaigns and collaborate with a talented group of specialists across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for enterprise-level SEO, SEM clients, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Strategise, coordinate, and execute tailored digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and development experts, to drive client success.
  • Provide insightful reporting on campaign performance, including SEO metrics, KPI tracking, and optimisation strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in search engine algorithms and advanced SEO strategies.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing account management, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong expertise in SEO for enterprise clients, with a solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, AdWords, and search-related tools.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven success in strategising and implementing impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management abilities and a knack for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or similar is highly regarded.
