About the RoleYou'll be part of a dedicated security team providing top-tier service and safety at some of the city's biggest events. Your role will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to eventgoers
- Ensuring public safety and identifying risks
- Handling enquiries with professionalism and care
- Managing incidents calmly with effective conflict resolution skills
- Being prepared for emergencies and following site protocols
- A current QLD Security License (including Crowd Control)
- Valid RSA
- Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong communication and people skills
- A professional appearance and high personal integrity
- Availability to work at events (including evenings and weekends)
