Casual Security Officer - Riverfire and Events

About the Role

You'll be part of a dedicated security team providing top-tier service and safety at some of the city's biggest events. Your role will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to eventgoers
  • Ensuring public safety and identifying risks
  • Handling enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Managing incidents calmly with effective conflict resolution skills
  • Being prepared for emergencies and following site protocols
What You Need
  • A current QLD Security License (including Crowd Control)
  • Valid RSA
  • Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A professional appearance and high personal integrity
  • Availability to work at events (including evenings and weekends)
