The company is an industry-leading provider of cleaning and security services throughout Queensland, delivering a highly proactive, well-managed service to our clients. Currently, Trident Services Australia has an exciting opportunity for energetic and bright customer- and safety-focused security officers to join our Event Team (insert details). The positions focus on creating a safe environment for the client and customers at all our sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a current security license and the eagerness to gain further experience.

Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Identifying, reporting, and recording risks while on shift
  • Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries
  • Utilizing strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Undertaking conflict resolution and de-escalation methods
  • Maintaining a complete understanding of workplace protocols including Emergency procedures
Qualifications & Selection Criteria
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Current Queensland Security License
  • Current Crowd Control Function
  • Current RSA
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards
  • Ability to work events
  • Practical verbal and written communication skills
  • Incident management and reporting skills
  • Well-developed client service skills
  • Customer Service experience
