Job Description

Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:45am to 5:45pm & Fridays 7:45am to 4:45pm

As Our Dental Receptionist, You'll Be The Friendly Face That Greets Our Patients And The Organizational Whiz Behind Our Smooth Operations. Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

• Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
• Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
• Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred.
• Oasis experience preferred, not essential.
• Knowledge in HICAPS, DVA and CDBS preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications.
• Experience with file keeping and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
