What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, optimizing demand and inventory levels with a strong focus on the end customer. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Forecast Management: Regularly review, complete, and report on forecasts, ensuring clear communication of any significant variances.
• Meeting Management: Lead alignment meetings with key stakeholders, driving operational and strategic recommendations.
• Replenishment: Oversee weekly replenishment reviews, aligning with planners and managing ad-hoc store ordering.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with Merchandise Teams, Supply Chain, and Trade Partners to drive consensus decisions.
• Process & Systems: Contribute to the continuous development of our forecasting tools and reporting, identifying and optimizing efficiencies.
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of retail experience with a strong understanding of retail operations.
• Demonstrated experience in forecasting and managing product demand.
• Highly motivated and analytical with a passion for retail.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook (SAP experience is a plus).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• A knack for utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Exposure to a high SKU count environment is highly desirable.
