As a Demand Planner for the Aesop brand, you will be part of a dynamic supply chain team, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

About The Job
  1. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  2. Partner with marketing, sales, and regional supply chain teams to align forecasts with business objectives and promotional plans.
  3. Use advanced tools to analyse sales trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy.
  4. Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain disruptions.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.
  6. Collaborate with the Supply Planner to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
About You
  1. Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
  2. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, or other planning software) with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
  3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics.
  4. Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing supply chain challenges and implementing solutions.
  5. Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  6. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management and performance tracking.
