Business Analyst / Process Mapper – SAP Signavio

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Business Analyst / Process Mapper with hands-on SAP Signavio experience to drive process discovery, modelling, and improvement across core value streams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, etc.). You'll run workshops, build clear BPMN models, mine process data, and translate insights into an executable improvement roadmap for business and technology teams.

What you'll do
  • Lead discovery workshops; document as-is and to-be processes using BPMN 2.0.
  • Configure and use SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler) to model, govern, and publish artefacts.
  • Build process mining pipelines and dashboards (variants, conformance, bottlenecks, SLA breaches); turn findings into actions.
  • Define fit–gap, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritised improvement backlog.
  • Establish process taxonomy, dictionary, versions, RACI and governance controls.
  • Partner with product, engineering and change to land process improvements; support UAT and benefits tracking.
  • Map upstream/downstream integrations (ERP, CRM, middleware) and data touchpoints.
What you'll bring (Must-haves)
  • 4+ years as a BA/Process Analyst with 2+ years in SAP Signavio (Process Manager + Process Intelligence).
  • Strong BPMN 2.0 modelling, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated process-mining experience (event logs, KPIs, conformance checks, root-cause analysis).
  • Clear documentation skills (user stories, RTMs, SIPOC/value-stream maps) and Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication with business & technical audiences.
Nice to have
  • S/4HANA transformation exposure and ERP process knowledge.
  • Tooling: Jira/Confluence, Miro/Lucidchart/Visio; basic SQL/data wrangling.
  • Certifications: SAP Signavio Associate, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), CBAP/ECBA.
  • Experience with controls libraries, risk registers, and compliance mapping.
