We're on the hunt for a passionate Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team and strengthen our partnerships with schools across East Victoria. If you love building genuine connections, making a real impact, and driving meaningful results, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As the face of Camp Australia to our partner schools, you'll:
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with school leaders.
- Act as a strategic advisor and problem-solver, delivering tailored solutions that meet each school's unique needs.
- Drive contract renewals, ensure high satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead vibrant community events that bring schools, families, and children together.
- Collaborate with our Service Delivery, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless support and exceptional service.
- Keep a close eye on account performance and financial metrics to maximise retention and impact.
Who You Are
You're a natural relationship-builder who loves making a difference. You bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B account management or a similar client-facing role (experience in education or childcare a big plus)
- A strong track record of stakeholder management and customer retention.
- Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and always professional.
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort with financial metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and being part of something bigger.
