This is more than a traditional IT role — it's an opportunity to shape the way our people and operations interact with technology every day. From security compliance to collaboration tools, you'll be the strategic bridge between our growth ambitions and the systems that enable them.

What You'll Do

As our IT Manager, you'll:

  • Set and deliver our technology roadmap aligned to business priorities and future growth.
  • Lead the development of secure, scalable infrastructure with users in mind — wherever they are.
  • Build a high-performing, values-led team that's passionate about continuous improvement and service.
  • Oversee governance and risk aligned with standards like ISO 27001, CMMC Level 2, and the Essential 8.
  • Drive day-to-day technology operations, including support, systems, and platform performance.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to uplift digital capability and ensure compliance.
  • Turn data into action — using metrics to inform decisions, drive innovation, and guide investment.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading IT or digital teams in fast-paced, scaling environments.
  • A strong grasp of cyber security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across infrastructure and support.
  • People leadership skills that foster accountability, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  • A pragmatic, data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and ITIL practices is a bonus.

Clearances

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
