Overview

Two Circles is a company focused on building a better future for the sports industry. We define better in terms of commercials, sustainability, inclusivity, and digitisation for businesses, fans, media, owners and investors. We work with over 250 leading sports rights-owners and have a team of over 950 Two Circlers across 14 cities in APAC, North America, and EMEA. Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally, marketing the emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and impact for brands. We have led and closed over $2.5bn in sponsorship rights for major properties and aim to optimize revenues while avoiding long-term fixed costs of large in-house sales teams. We are expanding our clients, geographies, and sales team.

Responsibilities
  • In this role you will support high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.
  • You will pro-actively source and engage potential sponsors for clients across various categories and geographies: select and qualify prospects, secure in-person meetings, and build relationships.
  • You will manage and build trusted relationships with decision makers at global brands around the world.
  • You will participate in a team that executes competitive processes, leading to negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals.
  • You will contribute to building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships and have the capacity to influence and persuade.
  • Experience in sponsorship sales is not required, but any selling experience is valued.
  • Experience working across different countries, cultures and time zones is desired.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and a passion for sport are imperative.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of business experience with a track record of building strong relationships (internal and external).
