Your role

Responsibilities

  • Participating in a two-year Graduate Program with rotations across four Australian mine sites.
  • Building skills in underground and open-pit mining.
  • Engaging in tailored mentoring, technical development, and role-specific training.
  • Collaborating with experienced professionals in a safe and rewarding environment.
About you

Qualifications

  • Be completing or have completed a Tertiary Qualification in Geotechnical Engineering by mid-2025.
  • Possess a current C Class manual driver's licence or be able to obtain one.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be problem solvers and innovative thinkers.
  • Have an advantage if they have prior vacation work experience in the mining industry.
  • Hold working rights in Australia with no visa restrictions.
  • Be able to submit an Academic Transcript with the application.
Compensation & benefits

The role offers an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth, with opportunities to work in one of Australia's prosperous gold regions.
