The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Sales & Marketing department as an Assistant Project Manager. Reporting to the Project Manager, your role would be to coordinate and manage small to medium-sized projects across Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project scoping, planning, and resource estimation
  • Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support regular team stand-ups
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Gather and document business requirements; create process maps where needed
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and steering committees
  • Monitor quality of project outputs and ensure they meet expectations
  • Support change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to improving project frameworks, tools, and documentation
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in project management or project coordination, with a proven track record of supporting successful project delivery
  • Demonstrated customer-centric approach, with a strong commitment to delivering timely and high-quality solutions to client needs
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in day-to-day operations
  • Experience in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams across various business units
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Project Management certification
  • Microsoft Office (Including Visio and Project)
  • Project Management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, Atlas or similar)
Bonus Points If You Also Have
  • Application knowledge of SAP (ERP, SAC, CRM)
  • Knowledge of change management fundamentals (PROSCI preferred)
