Senior Application Developer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Application Developer to join our growing tech team and help shape the future of our enterprise applications. If you're confident working with a native PHP/Laravel codebase, building scalable solutions, and delivering clean, efficient code, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Designing and building scalable, maintainable applications that directly impact business performance.
- Translating business ideas into robust Laravel and/or Next.js solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-value front-end and back-end features.
- Providing support and resolving application issues for users.
- Producing and maintaining clear technical and user documentation.
- 1+ year in a senior developer role.
- 3+ years in PHP 7+, Microsoft SQL Server, and JavaScript frameworks.
- 2+ years of commercial Laravel and Next.js experience (including APIs, middleware, SSR, and more).
- Strong Git skills and experience with version control workflows.
- Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-changing tech environments.
- Work on high-impact projects in a collaborative, supportive team.
