Working closely with Forensic Residential Services (FRS), Forensic Disability Clinical Services and external stakeholders, this position will engage with clients and their care teams throughout the different stages of the client's journey through the RTF. Case management tasks include liaising with NDIS-funded providers, facilitating and chairing care team meetings, sourcing community-based programs, leading transition planning, preparing high-quality reports for court and the Forensic Leave Panel, and representing the department in court for these matters. The Specialist Senior Disability Justice Coordinator (RTF) will work across two FRS sites in Fairfield and Bundoora, with the option of administrative duties being performed from a local Divisional office and/or hybrid work arrangements.

The role involves direct engagement with complex clients and their care teams and providing specialist knowledge and assistance.
