Overview

St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Lithgow, is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to support the smooth operation and ongoing success of the school. The role provides high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure effective running of the school. This is a permanent, full-time position with immediate start availability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead school administration and support the Principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations.
  • Manage financial tasks such as school fees, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement.
  • Coordinate enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events.
  • Oversee staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.
