At Aurecon, our Asset Management Advisory team helps clients get the most out of their assets – across the full lifecycle – while supporting sustainable outcomes.

With strong growth across Australia, we're looking for proactive Consultants to join our friendly and growing national team. Opportunities are available in every region, with the chance to work on projects that make a real difference in people's lives.

You'll work with a variety of public and private clients, learning how they manage their assets and helping solve real-world challenges. You'll also have the chance to develop your career into areas like business development and client engagement, if that's where your interests take you.

Projects span sectors such as transport, infrastructure, buildings, defence, energy, resources and utilities – so there's plenty of variety and room to grow.

• End-to-end opportunity and engagement management, leading project teams to high quality outcomes for our platinum and key clients
• Translate analysis outputs into real world decisions for a range of stakeholders
• Develop and foster client relationships, understanding client problems and working with them to identify solutions in one or more of the following areas:
  • Develop and assess asset management strategies
  • Capital and operations performance improvements
  • Building effective asset management systems
  • Plan and conduct assessment of asset integrity and conditions
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholder networks

• Previous experience in asset, commercial or mining project strategy
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Client management and engagement
• Strong communication skill across all levels of the business
• A willingness to learn and grow your skills
• Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business or Accounting are highly desirable for this role, but not mandatory.
