Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a global DEI strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ESG goals, and client expectations.
  • Develop, track, and evaluate quantitative and qualitative DEI metrics, informing programs and reporting on impact.
  • Conduct global trend analysis and benchmarking to ensure alignment with best practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a tertiary degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field, coupled with 7+ years of experience in leadership roles focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in cultural safety, gender equity, Indigenous engagement, and fostering inclusive workplace practices. The ideal individual will possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
