About the job Telco Networks Program Manager:

We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney, to lead E2E Program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country.

The Program Manager will be accountable for an end-to-end delivery and lead a team of Project professionals.

  1. Extensive (5 to 10 years) program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects.
  2. Customer-facing engagements and reporting weekly on progress of delivery, addressing risk and opportunity in a collaborative way, both internally and externally.
  3. Proactively drive the required outcomes and manage delivery schedules including baseline, forecast, and actual dates.
  4. Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, and relationships while managing the budget.
  5. Address project communication and reporting of progress and issues while maintaining business partner relationships to encourage a positive work environment.
  6. Manage project risks and opportunities operationally and commercially.
  7. Implement delivery targets with quality and a first-time-right approach, with a continual improvement approach to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes.

Should have excellent competence and experience in program management.

Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills - ability and strength to negotiate and influence outcomes.

Proven experience to lead and align teams
