The Role
What You'll Do
  1. Develop Automation: Design, implement, and optimise automation workflows using tools like Make.com and custom API integrations. Streamline repetitive processes across departments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  2. Manage CRM: Maintain and enhance Monday.com CRM workflows to meet organisational needs. Integrate the CRM with other software and tools to ensure seamless data flow.
  3. Integrate API: Develop and manage API integrations between various software platforms to facilitate automation. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
  4. Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimise cloud-based infrastructure using AWS or equivalent platforms. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems.
  5. Administrate Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems relevant to automation and operations. Evaluate and recommend new software or platforms to enhance digital operations.
  6. Collaborate And Support: Work closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities. Provide training and documentation for internal teams on new automation workflows and tools.
  7. Monitor And Optimise: Continuously monitor the performance of automation systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain system uptime and ensure quick resolution of any automation-related issues.

Experience Requirements
  1. Completed the VCE
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or a related field
  3. Prior Experience in a Similar Role, e.g. Automation Engineer, Digital Transformation Specialist, Systems Analyst (ideal)
