About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and technically skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of multi-channel digital campaigns and drive brand visibility across social, email, web, and online advertising. You'll be joining a collaborative marketing team during a time of digital innovation and investment—where your ideas and input will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising (Google Ads, Meta).
  2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  3. Coordinate the development of digital assets including web banners, videos, and product imagery.
  4. Maintain and update the company website and eCommerce platform with fresh, relevant content.
  5. Support SEO/SEM strategy execution to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  6. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and deliver insights and recommendations.
  7. Assist with marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign tracking.
  8. Contribute to digital storytelling for product launches and promotional campaigns.
  9. Support marketing activities for trade shows, conferences, and online events.

About You

You are a digitally-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You enjoy taking creative ideas and turning them into effective campaigns, and you're always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

What You'll Bring

  1. Experience in social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or Canva) for content creation.
  3. Familiarity with website/eCommerce platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce).
  4. Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.
  5. Analytical mindset with a flair for creativity and design.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs is a bonus.
