Force is growing in WA and we're on the lookout for experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic's who want more than just a job, we're offering a spot on a skilled, down-to-earth team that values mateship, quality work, and real progression.

Whether you're based in Perth or interstate, we've got you covered, flights are provided from major cities and we offer a company ute with lockable canopy and ready for use

The Perks

  • Up to $75+/hr Full Time / Up to $85/hr Casual

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintaining and optimising a top-tier fleet of heavy earth-moving machinery
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving problems with precision
  • Working closely with our internal field and site based teams to achieve our collective targets
  • Representing Force Field with a professional, can-do attitude

Overview Of Gear You'll Be Working On
  • CAT: 789, 793 trucks | D10 dozers | 785 water carts | 16M & 18M graders
  • Diggers: 3600s & 996s
  • Additional gear: Liebherr and Komatsu equipment
  • Wide variety of equipment plenty of shuts and breakdowns 90% of the time

What We're Looking For
  • Experience on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr
  • Recognised trade qualification (Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter )
  • Strong fault-finding skills and maintenance know-how
  • Driver's license (High risk licence is a bonus)
  • A team player who's solution-focused and ready to roll
  • Long-term pipeline of work 4+ year projects, continually expanding
