  • Digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Website CMS (WordPress/Shopify), Email marketing platforms
  • Analytics & CRM: Strong digital capability with Google Analytics and CRM systems, including managing customer databases and Wine Club communications, with the ability to interpret data and report on campaign performance.
  • Core skills: Organisation, time management, communication, attention to detail, and visual storytelling
About The Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll bring the Cupitt's Estate brand to life across wine, restaurant, accommodation, and events. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll manage the social media calendar, coordinate email campaigns, update website content, and ensure promotions and campaigns run smoothly and on time. You'll also manage our CRM, keeping the general database and Wine Club updated, segmented, and engaged. Just as importantly, you'll track results, report on performance, and use insights to keep lifting how we connect with guests. You'll work closely with all departments and external partners to deliver content that drives visitation, engagement, and sales.
