Job Summary

We are seeking a Requirements Management Specialist to join our Digital Product and Innovation team. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements for new and existing deliveries, focusing on Australian superannuation products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Document and manage API requirements, ensuring alignment with REST/GraphQL principles and system capabilities.
  3. Develop and maintain business artefacts such as user journeys, process maps, and capability models.
  4. Act as a key interface across the enterprise, ensuring effective cross-communication of requirements, needs, and concepts.
  5. Work closely with the scrum team, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Techncial Expertise

  1. Leverage knowledge of API principles (REST/GraphQL), web technologies (e.g., cookies, HTML, JSON), and authentication protocols (e.g., oAuth2, SAML).
  2. Utilise your expertise in superannuation regulations and processes to guide the development of compliant and user-focused solutions.
  3. Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to inform product enhancements and strategies.

Leadership and Mentorship

  1. Mentor and guide junior business analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
  2. Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met consistently.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, advocating for change and driving team development.
