Overview

We have a great opportunity for an Experienced Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for a committed team member to lead, coach and support our store team. The successful applicant will be a natural people leader, customer service champion, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of customer service champions
  • Ensure health, safety, wellness of all team members
  • Manage store budgets, with a focus on margin and profitability
  • Execute business plans, promotion and initiatives
  • Drive customer service excellence and build relationships
  • Management of store operations and motor vehicle fleet
  • Management of store inventory, order & receipt incoming stock
Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to deliver financial results
  • Experience or a passion for auto parts
  • Well presented, great phone manner
  • Ability to influence & negotiate
  • European vehicle knowledge would be beneficial
