Role Purpose

The Program Coordinator will support the discovery, design and implementation of current and future strategic projects related to emerging priorities within the Vic East and NSW divisions in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager - Integrated Place Based Services Vic East & NSW in the discovery, design and implementation of key services initiatives. This includes:

  • In consultation with the Vic East & NSW client services teams and relevant internal stakeholders, design, develop, plan, and prioritise projects to achieve best practice, including developing clear project and implementation plans.
  • Deliver key projects aligned with strategic priorities by identifying opportunities for system improvements to provide contemporary client services.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative internal and external place based and partner relationships.

About You

  • Relevant community sector tertiary qualifications (e.g. social work, psychology etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and change management.
  • Experience working within a not-for-profit organisation.
  • Experience working on implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects with competing demands.
