Manager Business Advisory Services role at Moore Australia (VIC/TAS). Join a leading accounting and business advisory firm with a national and global presence. You will manage a portfolio of SME, HNW and UHNW clients and lead a hands-on team of junior members, helping shape the future of the firm.

What You'll Be Doing- Leading and developing team members: Ensuring your team members achieve client outcomes while building their own capability and adding value to their clients and the firm.
- Building Relationships: establish and nurture trusted partnerships with clients, colleagues, and team members to drive collaboration and long-term success.
- Becoming a Trusted Business Advisor: Provide proactive, commercially driven business, tax and strategic advice tailored to client needs.
- Delivering Real-Time Results: Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring key deadlines and budget expectations are consistently met.
- Building New Opportunities: Play an active role supporting business development through identifying opportunities within your client group and preparing proposals.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives that enhance team performance and continuously evolve the Business Advisory service offering.
- A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or a related degree, plus CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications
- A deep understanding of accounting and tax, including income tax, CGT, FBT, GST, payroll tax, Division 7A, transfer pricing, accounting principles, consolidations, tax-effect accounting, and small business concessions
- Exceptional business acumen to deliver value-add advice and meet the firm's KPIs
- A client-centric approach with the proven ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
