Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience and be a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Create and manage templates and project documents using Dashpivot, including SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements).
- Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with our accountant.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book accommodation when required.
- Manage the renewal of business vehicle insurances and registrations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Keep schedules up to date and assist in general office organization.
- Assist in social media content creation and upload posts to our platforms weekly.
- Liaise with the business director and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- A valid driver's license.
- Personal vehicle (preferred).
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Milperra, NSW, at least 3 days per week.
- A high degree of autonomy and ability to expand the role.
