We are seeking a Billing Officer for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to keep our billing operations seamless, ensure revenue is collected on time and accurately, and collaborate closely with internal & external customers.

Your Role in Action

  • Power the accurate billing and settlement of WA's retail and wholesale electricity markets
  • Keep transactions moving quickly for market participants and internal teams
  • Follow and improve processes to ensure efficient, auditable, and cost-effective outcomes
  • Deliver reliable, high-quality service while always looking for smarter ways to work
  • Tackle essential daily admin tasks that keep operations running smoothly
  • Ensure services are delivered on time, every time
  • Drive innovation by challenging the status quo and improving how we do things
