Salary: $60,000 pro rata (based on a 37.5-hour work week)

What's in the Program?

Skills

Over 24 weeks, you'll rotate through our core operational teams, gaining hands-on experience and tailored training that builds your confidence and skills in the payroll and HR tech space:

2 Weeks – Systems Training

Get to know the platforms we use (like Employment Hero and Basecamp) and how we deliver exceptional service.

4 Weeks – Sales Team

Learn how we scope solutions, demo software, and support businesses looking for smarter workforce systems.

6 Weeks – Payroll Implementation Team

Work on real client onboarding projects, learning how we configure systems and interpret modern awards and EBAs.

6 Weeks – Payroll Support Team

Dive into the action with our support crew, solving problems and delivering "wow" moments to our clients.

6 Weeks – Outsourced Payroll Team

See payroll in motion, working on processing, audits, reconciliations, and end-to-end delivery.

Training & Support

We combine internal mentoring and coaching with access to external courses and certifications. Whether you're working full-time or part-time to balance your studies, we'll support your development and make sure you feel part of the team.
