Assist with contract documentation, tendering, and site administration for a leading global construction company, BESIX Watpac.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance in the preparation of contract documents, the tendering process, and general site administration duties.
  • Proactively driving company safety, environment, and quality policies, practices, and procedures in compliance with Management Plans and OH&S legislative requirements to ensure a safe workplace at all times.
  • Assisting with the trade package tendering process, including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list, issuing documents, receiving tenders, comparing tenders, and submitting tender recommendations for approval.
  • Assisting with general administration of trade packages following award, including progress payments, variations, and final accounts.
  • Compiling and controlling project documents, including maintenance of a control register, and ensuring prompt issue of documentation to respective parties.
  • Assisting with general site duties, office, and administration as required.
About you

Qualifications

  • Current studies in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a similar qualification.
  • Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels of the project.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, and decision-making skills.
