Tyre Fitter / Fleet Service Tech Pinkenba (Servicing North Brisbane Metro Areas)

We are hiring at Bridgestone for a Tyre Fitter / Fleet Service Technician based at our Pinkenba store, servicing in-store and on-site with our mobile fleet in the North Brisbane metro areas.

About the role and our culture

At Bridgestone, you'll join a team recognised for superior performance in product, people and service. We look after our team and our customers and maintain high workplace health and safety standards. You will receive quality training to achieve a Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology.

Your role will include

  • Fitting tyres (truck, trailer, bus and passenger vehicles)
  • Servicing and maintaining customers' tyres
  • Fault diagnosis
  • Working as a key member in a well-functioning team

About you

  • A current drivers licence (or the ability to obtain in the near future)
  • The ability to work in a team with good communication skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and honest
  • Keen to learn and able to follow instructions
  • Drive to work safely and provide great customer service
  • Current right to work in Australia
  • Previous experience fitting passenger and truck tyres is a plus for experienced tyre fitter roles; no experience required with full training provided for trainee roles

All successful candidates must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and a national police check. Disclosable outcomes do not automatically disqualify candidates; open conversations about criminal history are encouraged.
