Capify is expanding its distribution footprint and looking for experienced and driven Business Development Managers to spearhead new origination efforts across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Driving growth by building 3rd party relationships within the business lending space is key, and you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and educating new relationships.

The role

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with commercial finance & mortgage brokers
  • Provide guidance and education to brokers, helping them grow their delivery of customer needs
  • Build greater awareness of Capify's value proposition in the market
  • Attend industry events and PD days
  • Quickly identify and qualify opportunities
  • Successfully deliver sales targets and strategic KPIs as set by the business

Who you are

  • High-impact player with an established broker network
  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management within the business lending/cashflow finance space
  • Strong communicator with the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment
